Bring Your Lesson Plans in Progress!
WHAT: A Chance to Examine Best Practices & Work One-on-One with fellow TA's
to share & strengthen your lesson plans.
WHEN: Wednesday, November 18th

TAs: You are invited to bring in a lesson plans that you are currently developing and about which you have questions or concerns. Four highly experienced TA presenters--one each from theater, dance, music and visual arts--will each present a segment from one of their most successful lesson plans -- opening/warm-up, transition, setup for a main activity, or closing. Participants will then workshop the aspect of their lesson plan in progress they most want help with. The event will culminate with a group sharing out of problems solved/discoveries made.

NYC AIE Roundtable
Established in 1992, the Roundtable serves major cultural institutions as well as smaller, community-based organizations. This member-driven organization began as a grass roots effort to provide support and networking opportunities for its members, as well as to improve and advance the state of arts in education. The Roundtable currently has over 100 member organizations, representing all five boroughs of New York City. The Roundtable is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership.
